because the purpose of tests is to divide society into

In the "Coon Parade" there were a number of people dressed up like vague stereotypes of indigenous people - all with some sort of Native American theme (if this was the only one, I'd think it might just be a
 cave man, but many also had headdresses complete with painted feathers)
